Economies in post-industrial information systems play a decisive
role in the development process and value creation. After agriculture,
industry and services, a fourth sector is published. It is that of
information and knowledge. This is undoubtedly the solution to end the
crisis that will ensure economic growth in coming years. Thus,
information becomes a vital economic resource, the raw material in the
new economy. Also, it has become essential to learn to manage
effectively and efficiently information systems to manage the
organization.
For this, new "best practices" should be implemented to ensure greater
efficiency of management information systems. It was in those
conditions necessary to develop the governance of information systems
or GSI, ISG (Information System Governance) in English.
Our Club includes European experts, among the best in information
system. It aims to promote the new repositories and management
practices related to governance of information systems. We will
therefore seek to identify and promote these concepts. The aim of our
approach is to develop concepts to better measure and identify models
